Each year, Sacrament Radio reaches out to the Gothic community and involves them in selecting their favourite songs and artists. There are two sections, Australasian and international.

Voting usually begins at the end of each year, and finishes around February. The results are collated and presented on a special edition of Sacrament Radio, before being mailed to each entrant.

Official voting forms are available from 2RRR, Sacrament Radio, and selected record shops, Gothic shops and clubs.
